Terms of Service
Last updated: April 1, 2026
1. What Quickr is
Quickr is a collection of free, browser-based tools built by FreX. The tools include invoice generators, resume builders, image compressors, PDF utilities, and more. All tools run entirely in your browser — your data is never uploaded to our servers.
2. Using Quickr
You don't need an account to use Quickr. By accessing the site, you agree to these terms. You may use Quickr for any lawful personal or commercial purpose.
3. No warranties
Quickr is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Specifically:
- The Tax Calculator provides estimates only — it is not tax advice. Consult a qualified professional for tax filing.
- The Contract Generator and Privacy Policy Generator produce starting templates — they are not legal advice. Have a lawyer review any documents before use.
- Output from any tool should be reviewed before relying on it for business or legal purposes.
4. Your content
Everything you create with Quickr belongs to you. Since all processing happens locally in your browser, we never have access to your content. We claim no rights to any files, documents, or data you process through Quickr.
5. Intellectual property
Quickr's code, design, and branding are owned by FreX. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works of Quickr itself. The tools and content you create using Quickr are yours.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreX and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Quickr. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us — which, since Quickr is free, is zero.
7. Donations
Donations via Stripe are voluntary and non-refundable. They do not entitle you to additional features, support, or guarantees beyond what is freely available.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as Quickr evolves. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of Quickr after changes constitutes acceptance.
