Installation Guides

📧 Gmail
  1. Click "Copy for Email Client" above
  2. Open Gmail and click the gear icon (top right)
  3. Click "See all settings"
  4. Scroll down to the "Signature" section
  5. Click "Create new" and name your signature
  6. Click inside the signature editor box
  7. Press Ctrl+V (or Cmd+V on Mac) to paste
  8. Scroll down and click "Save Changes"
📩 Outlook (Desktop)
  1. Click "Copy Signature HTML" above
  2. Open Outlook, go to File > Options > Mail > Signatures
  3. Click "New" and name your signature
  4. In the edit box, press Ctrl+A then Delete
  5. Press Ctrl+V to paste
  6. Click OK to save

Outlook Web:

  1. Click "Copy for Email Client" instead
  2. Go to Settings > Mail > Compose and reply
  3. Under Email signature, click in the editor
  4. Press Ctrl+V to paste, then Save
🍎 Apple Mail
  1. Click "Copy Signature HTML" above
  2. Open Apple Mail, go to Mail > Settings > Signatures
  3. Click "+" to add a new signature
  4. Uncheck "Always match my default message font"
  5. Quit Apple Mail completely
  6. Open Finder and go to ~/Library/Mail
  7. Find the .mailsignature file you just created
  8. Open it with a text editor
  9. Replace everything after the headers with your copied HTML
  10. Save, then lock the file (Get Info > Locked)
  11. Reopen Apple Mail
💌 Yahoo Mail
  1. Click "Copy for Email Client" above
  2. Open Yahoo Mail and click the gear icon
  3. Select "More Settings"
  4. Click "Writing email" in the left sidebar
  5. Under Signature, toggle it on
  6. Click inside the signature box
  7. Press Ctrl+V (or Cmd+V) to paste
  8. Click Save
✉ Thunderbird
  1. Click "Copy Signature HTML" above
  2. Save the HTML to a .html file on your computer
  3. Open Thunderbird, go to Account Settings
  4. Select your email account
  5. Check "Use HTML"
  6. Check "Attach the signature from a file"
  7. Browse and select your saved .html file
  8. Click OK

Alternative: Paste HTML directly into the signature text box with "Use HTML" checked.
