Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 1, 2026
Your files never leave your browser. Quickr processes everything locally — no uploads, no server-side storage, no exceptions.
The short version
Quickr is a collection of browser-based tools. Every tool runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Your files, data, and inputs are never uploaded to our servers or any third party. We don't require accounts, we don't use tracking cookies, and we don't sell data — because we don't collect any.
What data we collect
Almost nothing. Here is the complete list:
- Anonymous analytics: We use Umami, a privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics tool. It records page views and referrers without collecting personal information, IP addresses, or device fingerprints. No cookies are set.
- Local storage: Some tools use your browser's localStorage to save preferences (like recently used tools or saved drafts). This data stays on your device and is never sent to us.
That's it. No email addresses, no names, no payment information, no tracking pixels, no third-party ad networks.
What data we don't collect
- Files you process (images, PDFs, documents)
- Text you type (invoices, contracts, resumes)
- Personal information of any kind
- IP addresses or device fingerprints
- Cookies (we set none)
How tools process your data
Every Quickr tool runs client-side in your browser. When you compress an image, generate an invoice, or build a resume, the processing happens on your device using JavaScript and Web APIs. Nothing is sent to a server. Nothing is stored remotely. When you close the tab, the data is gone — unless you explicitly saved it to localStorage.
Third-party services
- Google Fonts: We load the Inter and Instrument Serif typefaces from Google Fonts. Google may log font requests — see Google Fonts Privacy.
- Umami Analytics: Self-hosted, privacy-focused, GDPR-compliant. No cookies, no personal data.
- Stripe: If you choose to support Quickr via donation, Stripe handles the payment. We never see or store your payment details.
Children's privacy
Quickr does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Since we collect virtually no data, this is inherently the case.
Changes to this policy
If we make changes, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date. Since Quickr doesn't collect personal data, changes are unlikely to affect you.
